"Back-Off" Self Defense

10:30am - 2:30pm at Collicutt Centre

Learn some basic martial arts for fun & fitness. Practice key jiu-jitsu based defense moves to feel more confident about your personal safety. Keeping eachother safe & injury-free is top priority at these classes.

through Central AB Rowing Club

Come out for an amazing cross-training workout adapted to your fitness level & needs. Build towards a vigorous rowing program to get you in amazing shape for summer. Maybe even train for Alberta Indoor Rowing Championships 1000 or 2000 metre Competition in March?
